so when i was blogging the other day the power went out so i had to post what i had written.
which is why the last post feels incomplete, to me.
so a few things i will say before i continue where i left off.
there is a web comic called "get your war on" it is at this web site: http://www.mnftiu.net/mnftiu.cc/home.html
thanks to Nick for giving me the heads up. i am laughing my head off at it.
BTW i am trying to keep this Blog at a PG13 level in case anyone who is easily offended by curse words cares to view it.
HOWEVER i do not care if you are easily offended by these words:
George W Bush is an Evil Evil man who refuses to give us the name of 1 specific "weapon of mass destruction" that Iraq may or may not have in its possession. He is nothing more than a propoganda machine who is getting into the dirty oily bed of Big Oil and the stinking bloody bed of Big Weapons with his continued war on Terrorism. The reason Osama is Alive is because he and W are bosom buddies in the game of Mass Population Manipulation.
Also, Pope John Paul II's first act as pope was to kneel and pray at the grave of the founder of modern Freemasonry.
And, Freemasons killed Pope John Paul I, who was, unlike the rest of the popes of the past 200 years, a very spiritual man, a true follower of the ideals of Christ.
If you find that kind of stuff offensive, Bug off. if you find it intriguing, i IMPLORE you to do your own research and get with the program. The time is nigh for a Spiritual Revolution! Ok off the soapbox and back to India......
Here in india Dr Varma and myself have many discussions about Islam, Politics, the USA, the so called "president" GWB, the world, the IMF, World Bank, catholics (or rather the Vatican) freemasons, indian culture, etc etc etc. So what i do is read alot. i have finished Michael Moore's new book "Stupid White Men" it is great stuff and i say read it right now, you will forget all about Iraq, our restricted freedom, etc. It will make you laugh and release the Activist Within. soon you will be calling SA Nick-O for advise on how to write a scathing letter to our world leaders, and setting up demonstrations in your home town. I am now reading 3 or 4 different books at once. one is called "In God's Name" it is about how the freemasons killed pope John Paul I. one is about Jesus and his teachings, and about mysticism in general. i just started that one, its a 700 page affair. one is about Islam for the uninitiated, and while i am learning much about it i wish to pick up a copy of the Koran just to see how violent it really is. I just finished "the Catcher in the Rye" i've read it before, but it was still really good.i am also trying to learn how to play some Rubella songs so i can be a Ghost when i return.
sometimes i walk with Father to his clinic, 10 min away from his house. it looks like another house except except it has rooms for treatment and consultation rooms and such and such. on the way there we always pass a dog behind a fence, and the dog barks as if it wants to rip Dr Varma to pieces. I think it would if given the chance. Father always goads him in some small way, it is a ritual they have. there is 1 house we always pass that i call the Miami House, b/c it looks like it belongs in little cuba. it is purple. not like a nice purple shirt, no it is purple like barney, you know that big scary dinosaur, is purple. i took pictures.
I also brought some Cds and a discman, thanks sony. little bits of music seem to permeate my head sometimes when i am walking or reading or sitting or whatnot. here are some of them:
"....working every day for a check and a chance...." QandnotU
"....Optimus, baby i love you" - Rubella
" In a valley, in a garden...." - Rubella
"As the day fades, where's the mermaid, i wanna get laid" - Rubella
"Drunkenstein is loose and hes Crushing hes Killing" - Drunkenstein
"Comma where are you?" - QandnotU
i've also been listeing to these CDs which are very good:
Ryan as Dr Beats, the mix cd he gave me made me laugh very much.
Flaming Lips - Yoshimi battles the pink Robots
Karate - Some Boots
QandnotU - Different Damage
Drunkenstein - Savage Robot Records LP
Rubella - Greatest Trips

So
I am in Coimbature, India. actually i am in a suburb of Coimbature, but i do not know the exact name. i can barely pronounce coimbature (coim - rhymes with coin, ba - like a sheep, ture - sort of rhymes with blur). i am listeining to The Gloria Record while i write this, but it is almost done, and i will listen to the music they are playing in the cafe when i take off my headphones. I am staying at the lovely home of Dr Asoka Varma and his wonderfull family. Dr Varma is an Ayurvedic doctor. He practices medicine that is prescribed according to the ancient Hindi texts, the Vedas. It i not unlike Homeopathy or Acupuncture, in that it treats dis-ease not by toxic medicines but by natural methods. he is very highly respected in his field, and also a very gifted Vedic Astrologer. Hi family is full of Love - i can accurately say that no one i know of that would read this, no one i really know in general, has ever been with a family as full of love as this one. we can all hope and aspire to their level.
being in India, with the people i am surrounded with, is like a very mild trip - i feel euphoric, peacefull, happy, tranquil, full of love. some people are of course suspicious of a white person in a very rural area, but mostly i am meet with smiles from the locals. prices are very different and the US dollar is very strong.
1 dollar - 50 rupees
newspaper - 3.5 rupees
soda - 10 rupees
pen i am writing with = 5 rupees
1 hour of internet at cafe = 25 rupees
new motorcycle (small 100 cc engine) = 60,000 rupees
air travel i comporable to US prices, and so are hotels in big cities like bombay and new delhi.
sEach day i awake around dawn and lie in bed for an hour or so. mother then brings me tea, with milk and sugar already added. wonderful tea. then i read the paper "The Hindu Times" or "New Indian Express" which has very little news about US. always there is violence between muslims and hindus, alays everyday. Dr Varma is adament that the fanatical ideals of muslims are to blame. Hindus are ery tolerant. before muslims came to india, jews, christians, hindus, sikhs, buddhists, all lived together peacefully, no quarrels between them. then muslims came and everything changed. they force conversions, loot and plunder, rape, kill people who do not agree to conversions.
Indian people are in general very simple. luxuries in the home i am staying in include: running water, tv with dvd and vcr, computer, washing machine (no dryer) refrigerator and electricity. the Varma's old house did not have running water, although it was very big. This simplicity makes it very east to make generalisations about people. Hindus have respect for all religon, save Islam. they view islam as fanatical and barbaric. the general opinion is that, if Allah is such a god that if you kill an infidel (non believer) you automaticly go to heaven, well forget it you can keep it. I dont want a god that rewards murder.
ok im in coimbature now
